1. Delivery & Transport Logistics

• Transport Methods: Containers are delivered using specialized tilt-tray trucks or crane-assisted (hiab) transport depending on site access requirements.

• Site Preparation: The buyer is responsible for ensuring clear, level ground (concrete pads, compacted gravel, or wooden footings) and adequate overhead clearance free from low branches or power lines.

• Delivery Scheduling: Exact dispatch dates and site delivery times will be confirmed via email upon order finalization and payment clearance.

2. Stock Dispatch & Replacement Guarantee

• Warehouse Dispatch Confirmation: Once your container is allocated and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a formal tracking notification and delivery confirmation.

• Satisfaction & Container Swap Guarantee: If the delivered unit does not match the agreed specifications or condition grade, we offer a container swap guarantee to replace the unit and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Inspection & Acceptance

• Offloading Inspection: Clients (or an authorized representative) must inspect the container immediately upon arrival prior to the delivery driver leaving the site.

• Condition Verification: Any issues regarding structural integrity, door mechanisms, or weather seals must be noted on the delivery sign-off document.

4. Returns & Order Cancellations

• Standard Container Returns: Built-to-order conversions or custom-modified units (e.g., office fit-outs, side roller doors, spaza shops) are non-refundable once structural cutting or custom lining has commenced.

• Return Transport Fees: For eligible standard unit returns, the customer is responsible for all associated crane and haulage transport fees required to return the unit to the warehouse depot, unless covered under our replacement guarantee.
